Tunga trekkers is analogous to ‘Permanent dedication’ to fitness, from what I have seen or heard of it so far.I cannot make time for every endeavour of theirs but the ones for which I do, surely benefit me in one way or the other. Conquering those long treks which threaten to rob you of all your energy, helps to increase mental endurance more than anything.And where the mind improves, the body follows. And when the body improves, the mind thinks clearly, and this chain reaction of improvement begins.
